Bowie performing Queen Bitch & Rebel Rebel in the dress rehearsal to launch the Station to Station tour at the Pacific Coliseum. For some reason, rock stars seem to prefer Vancouver as a launchpad for their tours.

Its just part of the nature of living on a coast, your usually either first or last. Only change is that now with Victoria having the SOFMC arena its cheaper to do a pre-production and tour kick off there.
